Care and Connect Training Ltd was founded in 2024 after the merger of LOM Training and PHE Training.
In the past both LOM Training and PHE Training have worked very closely with one another, and their workloads were continuing to cross paths, so the next logical step for both companies, was to merge and become one, which will provide for a smoother process for C&CT Ltd alongside the organisations we work for.
Going forward, we hope to continue the work we do for our current customer base and continue to build and strengthen these relationships. We also hope to expand the company through providing new courses and attracting new custom, while ensuring we continue to add our own personal touch to each organisation or individuals experience with us.

PAULA EWART
Paula founded PHE Training in 2022, before merging with LOM Training to create Care and Connect Training Ltd in 2024.
Paula has been providing training in the Health and Social Care sector since 2004 covering a wide spectrum of disciplines. This training has equipped staff at all levels to be confident and able practitioners in their roles supporting some of the more vulnerable individuals within our communities. This training has also been pivotal in ensuring that staff and services meet the standards set by government and also the skills required for registering with SSSC.
With over 20 years experience within Health and Social Care, Paula has a passion for ongoing development and therefore prides herself in ensuring her skillset is continually up to date with the latest legislation and policy which is then passed on to learners in a safe and supportive way.
A large part of Paula's training involves delivering Mental Health First Aid Training as well as Suicide Prevention Training and has been doing this since 2007. Paula works with many different organisations delivering this training which gives those who attend the skills and confidence to tackle situations that can be difficult, both in the workplace and beyond.
When Paula is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two children and more specifically driving her daughter to dancing most nights!
